• Getting to Know Greg Jennings

  When Greg Jennings was picked there was quite a bit of skepticism. I can remember a lot of Packer fans being upset with the pick since they had never heard of him before. Draft scouts thought Greg Jennings was too slow to become a good receiver in the NFL. Obviously they were wrong since Greg Jennings is far from slow and he is easily one of the best receivers in the league. Even though the spotlight is finally shining on him it is good to know that he doesn’t let the fame get to his head. Unlike most receivers (TO, Randy Moss) who love the attention, Greg Jennings is just focussed on doing his best. This is why Greg Jennings is my favorite Packer. Hopefully Ted Thompson opens up the Packers wallet soon and pays Greg Jennings what he is worth.

  If you were ever interested in finding out more about Greg Jennings there is a very interesting article on him on NFL.com. What I really liked about the article was that it talked about how his family keeps him grounded. I never knew that his father was a pastor. He is also expecting his second child. Contgratulations Greg Jennings by the way. If things continue as they currently are I think Greg Jennings could be a fixture in Packers history and go down as one of the best Packers’ receivers of all time.
